摘要:火电厂废水零排放技术,属当前电力工业重点发展
研究的关键技术之一。分级浓缩串联补水技术, 将电厂循
环水分成两级进行处理,补给水串联运行。即第1级原水
经工业水系统使用后进入第1级机组循环水系统低浓缩倍
率运行,第1级循环排污水经过滤、弱酸离子交换树脂脱
碱软化处理后作为第2级机组循环补给水,第2级机组的
循环水系统采用高浓缩倍率运行,其排污水经澄清过滤和
反渗透处理后作为锅炉补给水处理系统原水和循环水系统
补给水。西柏坡电厂采用该技术在全国火力发电厂率先实
现废水零排放,取得了较好的经济、社会和环保效益。

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF DESIGN TECHNIQUE FOR ZERO DISCHARGE OF WASTE WATER IN THERMAL POWER PLANTS

ABSTRACT: The zero discharge technique of the
wastewater in thermal power plants is one of the key techniques to be developed and studied in power industry at present. Our technique of concentrating serial make-up water in stages has filled adomestic gap with a breaking progress.
The thermal power plants have realized the zero discharge for the wastewater in priority. The paper introduces the technical principles, features, applicable conditions, effect and economical benefits of this technique.
