粉煤灰复合水泥组分对强度的影响

利用正交实验设计方法对复合水泥中各组分对强度的影响进行了研究,结果表明,在适当配比条件下,复合水泥的强度高于硅酸盐水泥型水泥,最佳配比范围为:w(石灰)=2.1%~2.4%;m(钢渣)∶m(粉煤灰)=10∶10~14∶14;w(沸石)=8%~12%;w(石膏)=4%~6%;w(矿渣)=15%~19%。

Abstract:The effect of components on the strength of compound cement are studied by orthogonal test method.Under proper mix proportion conditions,the compound cement strength is higher than portland cement.The range of optimum mix proportion:w(lime)=2.1%~2.4%;m(steel slag):m(fly ash)=10:10~14:14;w(pumice)=8%~12%;w(gypsum)=4%~6%;w(slag)=15%~19%.
